1. Acceptance
By accessing or using WGS (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free trial and paid subscribers.
2. Description of service
WGS monitors how brands appear in AI-generated search results across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude. The Service provides visibility metrics, diagnosis of visibility gaps, and recommended actions. Results are based on data collected at the time of each run and may not reflect real-time AI outputs.
3. Account registration
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- One account per person or organisation. You may not share accounts.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
- A 14-day free trial is available on first signup — no credit card required.
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Monitor brands you do not own or have authorisation to represent.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data in bulk beyond your plan limits.
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.
- Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
6. Data and content
You retain ownership of all brand data, prompts, and configurations you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to deliver the Service. We do not train AI models on your data.
7. Service availability
We target 99.5% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (AI engines, data providers) beyond our control.
8. Limitations of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WGS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”. AI visibility data reflects third-party systems that change frequently — we do not guarantee accuracy or completeness. Recommendations are informational and do not constitute professional marketing advice.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WGS is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
