How long does the first check take?

Do I need a Google Search Console account?
No. Search Console improves diagnosis accuracy but is entirely optional. You can connect it later in Settings.
How often is data updated?
Daily at 02:00 UTC. You can also trigger a manual run from the dashboard at any time.
What does 'share of voice' mean here?
The percentage of your monitored prompts where your brand is mentioned. 60% SoV means you appear in 6 out of 10 tracked queries.
